Last week at TSA

I only made it to three of my classes last week.  From Wednesday to Friday I was in New York to go to the Met.  I saw the second performance of the new Das Rheingold by Robert Lepage.  It was 2.5 hours with no intermission -- but it seemed like about an hour.  It was wonderful.  I got back in time for painting class.  I'm still working on that painting so I won't post it yet.

In Art History I made 3 marbled papers.

In Collage we looked at the two from the week before.  One was torn and one was cut.  And one was glued and the other used matte medium.  I didn't pay enough attention to notice the differences.  Also I think my collages were too neat and static.

Then we worked on striated collages.  This was a technique I really liked and plan to use again.
