Scottish Change

Grannie was born in Cairndow, Scotland -- a tiny place north of Glasgow on Loch Fyne across from Inverary.  I've been there a few times now.  She went back for a visit when I was 4 or 5.  One of the things she brought back for me was a little change purse shaped like a hat.  Eventually the pompom wore off and then the whole purse was gone.  I got a new one for myself on one of my trips.
